clean room comfortable bed heated pool
the room was a standard double or twin room garden view it was very clean the bed was quite comfortable i appreciated the reliable wifi i was able to work without interruptions the breakfast buffet offered a decent variety with fresh fruit and pastries the hotel has three pools i found one to be heated and very enjoyable
the evening bar sometimes had queues because of only one person serving

spacious suite fully equipped kitchen whatsapp service
i was given a premium suite pool view. it included a living room, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. the suite was very clean and well-kept. i found the whatsapp service helpful for quick communication with staff.
the gym equipment is slightly outdated.

the staff were friendly there. the rooms were modern. the food was decent, i think.
the hotel needs investment, it's tired looking. the cleaner never took any cups away. the rooms are dated AND pleasant enough.

inoperative air conditioning little variety
the apartment was spacious and its good size pleased me.
the air conditioning did not work in the room, so i needed to use fans. breakfast was the same every day, this lacked variety. i was dissapointed with the lack of animation team, so i felt that there was no activities for adults.

the room was big it had everything i needed. it was also spotlessly clean the view of the pools was great. i always found sun beds and the heated pool was a bonus.
the food had limited choice there was a lack of food availability between breakfast and lunch. i noticed a lack of snacks outside of mealtimes with young children.

A Calm and Clean Hotel Experience
spacious room relaxing atmosphere helpful staff
The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel maintained a relaxing atmosphere. The wellness facilities offered a real highlight. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay.
I noticed the gym reception floor needed attention. It was full of leaves. The sofas looked like they needed some TLC (a detail I hope they address).
